Company Overview
PaperAp is a writing service that is quite young and not
yet known to many students. According to the official
website, this is a Bulgarian company targeting
English-speaking students. When I first started writing
this review, I was surprised that the company completely
copied the old StudyMoose design. This is already a bad
sign. But let's not get ahead of ourselves and start this
PaperAp review from the beginning.
Prices and Deadlines
The pricing policy is quite specific since the cost of a
page depends on the writer you choose. However, the
minimum price for 250 words is around $13.90 if you choose
the 14-day deadline. If you need your paper in three
hours, then the price can go up to $48. If you want an
outline, be prepared to pay another $12. Finally, it is
worth noting that VIP support will cost you $12.99.
Paper Quality and My Experience Using These Service
This PaperAp.com review will be as honest as possible as I
want to draw your attention to the quality of services. To
order paper, you need to go through the registration
procedure. The basic process of selecting criteria and
requirements seemed simple to me. I ordered a 2-page
argumentative essay on Chemistry and asked the writer to
describe the process of recycling electric vehicle
batteries using Tesla as an example. The main topic was
aimed at arguing the danger of electric vehicles to the
environment.
I asked the writer to focus on the dangers of the
chemicals in the battery's liquid containers. It is worth
noting that the search for an expert took about 30 minutes
because the picking window was, for some reason, inactive.
It's worth noting that I paid $31 for my paper and chose a
two-week deadline. The writer managed to complete the
paper on time. I even have no complaints about
originality.
The only problem is that the so-called expert doesn't know
the basic difference between lithium-ion and
lithium-polymer batteries. In addition, I did not see a
description of how to dispose of these components,
although I asked for this. In addition, the writer made
six grammatical mistakes. This is when I do not need to
read any PaperAp reviews to make a verdict.
It took the writer three days to understand the difference
between the types of batteries. This is amazing since I
found a lot of good paper samples on the site. This is
most likely nothing more than a marketing gimmick to
instill confidence in newbies. Imagine the scale of the
problem if I ordered a research paper rather than a 2-page
essay. Why are these people asking for money for their
services? It seems to me that writers should pay me extra
to download their essays.
Refund and Revision Policies
The company declares that it is ready for free revisions
if the student is ready to prove errors or plagiarism. At
the same time, a refund is possible only after a dedicated
QA team examines all cases and complaints. In my case, the
company considered that ignorance of the elementary
difference between batteries and grammatical errors was
not a sufficient reason for a refund. Is PaperAp Legit? It
seems to me that this is a rhetorical question.
Support and Communication
The support managers were nice and even tried to help me.
This is the only pleasant aspect. I read several
PaperAp.com reviews, and I know that managers are
practically the only English-speaking guys in this company
since PaperAp is located in Bulgaria. It's worth noting
that the company has listed the US office in the footer of
the site, but the real information is still on the terms
and conditions page.
Conclusion
This company remains a mystery to me. On the one hand, this
site provides free paper samples and has a user-friendly
design. On the other hand, all functionality and graphic
templates are stolen from the StudyMoose website. Popular
sites like Sitejabber do not contain a single review, so it
is difficult for me to say how many disgruntled students
have ordered anything from here.
Plus, I'm surprised that writers don't know the basic
differences between the chemical reactions in batteries.
Most likely, local "experts" do not even know what an
electrolyte is. Chances are, you'd better find any other
writing service if you don't want to be disappointed. This
is just a waste of time.
