But it seems that some communication activities are delegated to support agents since my expert did not always understand the simplest instructions.

These guys need to change the way they communicate with customers. 

Verdict

It is a fiasco, friends. Payforassignments created a terrible essay and didn't even manage half of my instructions. It's a pushy company with fake writers and zero guarantees. Find an alternative ASAP.
